I played City Club Casino before they cracked down on blackjack. They use Playtech software, how much more do I really need to say? Solid software, good selection of games, slow but competant support.
Cashouts are a little on the slow side (they say 5-7 days, and used the full time). But maybe they were just busy, everything else about them lived up to industry standards. This is another way of saying there seems to be nothing exceptional, or terrible about this casino. I've been on something of a casino spree recently, and the various Playtech casinos are starting to merge into one long experience. Sorry.
Anyway, the games are still good and I especially like the new Arcade Games they are offering - such as bonus bowling. It is hard to describe but since they offer a flash version you should head over there and take a minute or two to check it out :)

The City Casino bonus is a nice and generous 100% match. But with a 20X playthrough and no blackjack, it doesn't attract my attention any more.

Sorry folks, the casino bonus game is something like a wild west goldrush. The later you come, the less there is to pick over. In fact, City Club have now banned Canada from the first deposit bonus (along with Denmark, which most places ban automatically ever since there was a TV special about how to abuse casino bonuses).
